Six ICH chambers, mapped at 25/60, 30/65 and 40/75, commissioned in eight weeks. This is how we layout a Baddi stability suite so IQ/OQ is not a second project.
1. Count the conditions, then the cabinets
Long-term, intermediate and accelerated each need dedicated volume. Sharing a cabinet across 25 °C and 40 °C means a requalification every time you switch.
2. Floor load and HVAC
Walk-in rooms need a drain, a dedicated chiller circuit and make-up air. Reach-in banks need aisle space for mapping probes.
3. The eight-week sequence
- FAT with empty mapping
- Site install and utilities
- IQ/OQ at your set-points under load
- Handover of SOPs and spare probes
4. Data you will be asked for
Part 11 audit trail, alarm SMS and a mapping report at each ICH point. Put them in the PO.
